Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product please contact us within 14 days or arrival for an exchange or a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind, but an exchange may be possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

 

CUSTOM ITEMS:

Items with custom names cannot be returned unless the wrong size was sent to you or there was an item defect. Please ensure that you confirm the name when you place your order.
